Yes, with the intense rigors of dance and especially ballet, I strive to educate performers that the mind does influence performance, the body and even healing. My daughter who is a professional ballet dancer does Bikram Hot yoga every chance she gets and it has noticeably improved her dance and when she is off balance she is rebalanced.
